splitter: saving starts today tomorrow

Disclaimer: This entry is not an angsty or emo post. Anger or desperation is not directed at any individual.

grr. everyone says im rich.

for the record, im not rich. i just tend to spend whatever i have. so while everyone else around will enjoy their retirement or buy a spacious apartment, i'd probably rent a caravan and sleep in it.

the money in my account is dwindling. fast. yet there are people around me who have like 5or6 digits in their bank account complaining how poor they are. -.- nah, i dun blame them. they probably feel that by not spending, it means that they are poor. well in fact, it is those who overspend that are poor. that'd be me.

nevermind that. on a separate note, since im running low on cash these days, i'd probably have to resume my tutoring business. i need like probably 500 more a month. my previous students refused to re-hire me becos of my horrible schedule. why is that most young kids these days spend their weekends either at some brain camp, art class or piano lesson? im losing my business to these well-established business-booming firms.

in any case, my expected monthly income shud amount to:

500 (from tuition)
~550 (from army)
+ 400 (from unknown benefactor)
= ~1450

is that enough to support my extravagent lifestyle? hopefully.

you see, i was out with jt, den kenn and i'd spend about 200 bucks alr. moreover kenn and i were discussing the possibility of going for a royal carribean cruise, an australian open trip, a macau trip and a european backpacking trip (inclusive of roland garros and wimby) which will probably amount to about 10k in total.

HOW TO SAVE?!?!?!

and i still need to go to SMU.
and i still need to open an ice-cream shop.
and i still need to buy a new lappie.
and i still need to become an adidas originals VIP member.

so now? am i still rich?

nevertheless, despite my financial woes, im not discounting myself from nice food, new adidas originals apparels and possibly a gstar belt.
